Education and previous experience: Dola is a fourth-year student at Battambang National University, specializing in Community and Regional Development. During the 2022-2023 academic year, he was a volunteer on a sustainable development project at Battambang National University in collaboration with Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). In 2023-2024, he continued his commitment to community development through volunteer work with HelpAge Cambodia, further enriching his experience and skills in the field.

What do you like about your job? “I am grateful to be part of the CFI family, where everyone fosters a friendly, supportive, and communicative atmosphere. Together, we create a harmonious and inclusive working environment built on mutual respect and free from prejudice.”

How do you like to have fun? “In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and exploring ancient temples. These activities not only help me unwind but also deepen my appreciation for social and historical contexts.”
