Education and previous experience: Phallisa is a junior student at the National University of Battambang, majoring in Marketing. She has worked as a part-time football coach with the EL Team for one year.

What do you like about your job? “I enjoy working with children, teaching them football techniques, and fostering leadership skills. My goal is to help students not only improve their technical abilities in football but also develop essential leadership qualities such as communication, teamwork, responsibility, helpfulness, and good behavior through the program.”

How do you like to have fun? “In my free time, I focus on improving my football skills, traveling, researching sports, and reading books.”
