Education and previous experience: Boumy has worked in the education sector for almost 8 years. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Education Management at Sihanouk Raja Buddhist University in Battambang, Cambodia. She was leading an Embedding Mentoring Project, which builds capacity in public schools in rural Cambodia to to improve the quality of teaching and improve learning outcomes in early grades before starting at CFI as the Site Manager.

What do you like about your job? “Being a part of working in the education sector to improve the quality of teaching and learning, students increase their critical thinking and learning engagement.

How do you like to have fun? “Have fun with friends, people around, family and travel.”
